🔁 Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

- Replacement / Refund
We offer replacement within 7 days of delivery only if the product is damaged or defective.
No return or refund is accepted for reasons other than product damage.
To be eligible, please share an unboxing video or image proof of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
- Process
Email us with your order number and product photos.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement for the same product or a similar one (subject to availability).
